In loving memory of .... Patricia Bride Chalmers .... Pat passed away peacefully at Caroona Marima on 10 July 2020 aged 89 years. Dearly loved wife of Dick (dec.), much loved mother of Deborah and Vanessa and cherished grandmother of Lachlan, September and Jasper.
