Passed away peacefully on Sunday 30 November 2025
at St Frances Aged Care Grafton.
Much loved Mother and Mother-in-Law of Kerri & Marcus,
Tim & Joanne, Suzanne & Stephen, and Jocelynne & Tony.
Devoted Grandmother and Great-Grandmother of 11 Grandchildren
and 13 Great Grandchildren, forever remembered for her kindness and love.
Patricia’s family would like to acknowledge and thank
Sandra and the staff at St Francis Aged Care Grafton
for their kindness, care and support during her time with them.

Funeral Details
A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held in the near future, where we will share memories of a beautiful life well lived.

Peter really enjoyed his banter with your mum, he often spoke of her. May her eternal life be filled with the love of our Lord.
Our dear Nanny Mel. Thinking of you all and sending my love during this tough time. I’m sure her and Dad would be having a cuppa up there with plenty of Anzac biscuits and Jam Drops.

Patricia was the much loved sister of Margaret and on behalf of Margaret’s 10 children we send condolences and let you know that we remember Aunty Patricia with much love. May she now rest in peace and be reunited up above with her mother and brothers and sisters ( what a reunion that wold be )
