Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 21st February 2023 
at Dougherty Villa Grafton.
Aged 90 Years. 
Formerly of Goulburn. 

Cherished wife of Allan (dec).  

Adored mother & mother-in-law of Dianne & Peter, Maree & Tony, 
Paul & Shirley, Greg & Megan and Cathy & Shaun. 

Beautiful Nan to each and every one of her devoted grandchildren 
and great-grandchildren. 

Beloved sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend to so many. 

Relatives and friends of Hazel are invited to a Requiem Mass 
celebrating Hazel’s long life which will be held 
on Thursday 2nd March 2023 at St Mary’s Catholic Church, 
Victoria Street, Grafton commencing at 10am 
followed by her burial at the Clarence Lawn Cemetery.
