Frank was one of smartest men I ever worked with. I enjoyed his friendship and his advice. A great judge of character and a strong commitment to fairness.
Remembering Frank with great fondness for his friendship to us as a family and for the many hours that he spent with John both in the workplace and fishing.

The Milne family
Frank, his mother and father were close friends from my late teens until my early 20s. They were so welcoming and helped me at a time of great distress in my life.
Unfortunately, we were separated through much of the last 40 or 50 years but I always remembered him as a close and loving friend.
My deepest condolences to his children and partner.
Frank once bet that he’d outlive me which, at the time, seemed reasonable. Unfortunately he held the stake so there goes that $5 🤦🏼♂️.
Rest well old (with, as I reminded him, the emphasis on “old”) mate. You were unique & the trout we (ok you) caught near Inverell were delicious. See ya!

A much respected and formidable colleague in the CES era. A man of principle and conviction who demanded high standards and was never shy to take on a challenge. One of the pioneers in helping establish employment services to Aboriginal clients within the CES and who always had a soft spot for the less fortunate in society. Proud to have worked with him over an extended period. Vale my friend and rest in peace.
