As you know I’ve known your mum for many years many years. She was a wonderful person with a great sense of humour. She will be sadly missed. My thoughts are with you and your families. All my love Donna

Lyn Colemansays:

My earliest happy memories are of camping every Christmas at Evans Head. When I think of those wonderful times I can clearly see Auntie Eileen’s broad smile as she welcomed us, sometimes daily, into her and Uncle Keith and the girls’ happy home. I remember her warmth and generosity and that she was my loved auntie. My parents both loved her like a sister and we all really appreciated all she and Uncle Keith did to care for my grandmother in her final years. Her friendship with my mother lasted all their lives and was treasured by my mother. They wrote letters and cards to each other until this year when they died four months apart in their nineties.
Ian and I send our heartfelt condolences to you all.

Glenn Fordsays:

I am very sorry for the passing of your Mother. Eileen and Keith were very supportive of me when I was much younger and living with Nana and Grandfather in Lismore. They employed me in their store in Ballina and allowed me to live with them for some months. They were the most generous and supportive people I have ever known.

With respect,

Glenn Ford OAM

Ian De Costasays:

Steve Nicholsonsays:

Our sincere condolences to Eileen’s family. You have lost a wonderful person in your lives.
Eileen was a much loved and esteemed auntie. Although we didn’t get to see her much because we’ve moved around a lot and have now lived in Tasmania for 30+ years whenever we did see her she was always attentive and interested in our family and what we were up to. May you know God’s comfort and love in your loss.
Much love from Steve & Robyn Nicholson and family in Launceston (Stephen & Sarah Rowling’s & 2 boys, Josh & Katie Bessell & 2 boys, Andrew & Helena Nicholson & 4 daughters, Cam & Laura Downie & 2 boys, Matt & Maggie Nicholson & daughter).
