Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Liz’s Funeral Service to be held at The Wilson Chapel of Parkview Funeral Home, 43 Holland St Goonellabah on Friday 9 May 2025 commencing at 10.00am.

I have known Liz Dooley for too short a time in her capacity as a community craftworker but felt an immediate affinity. She was kind, generous, clever and funny and genuinely cared about the welfare of her community and the planet. Liz loathed wasting resources destined for landfill and could transform others’ yarn scraps into valuable crocheted and knitted items which she gave freely to those in need. I feel privileged to have experienced your generosity of spirit Liz. Rest in Peace. Vicki Boyle on behalf of the members of Lismore CWA
