Cherished Grandmother to Leia, Daniel, Katrina, Angela, Michael and Simon.
Loving Great-Grandmother to her 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Details
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Hazel’s Memorial Service to be held at Alstonville Uniting Church, Bugden Ave, Alstonville on Monday 12 May at 1:30pm.

As per the family’s wishes, a private cremation will take place.

Our thoughts are with all the family , unfortunately we are not able to attend the service as Delma has an appointment with a specialist in Byron Bay at 2pm. and she is not able to drive herself. Please pass on our fond regards to all
