Condolences to Jean and family. Will be sadly missed. Unable to attend as I am away.
First off, Jean, my deepest, most heartfelt condolences. He truly loved you.
Uncle Jim, bless his stubborn heart, was the kind of self-made man who started with nothing but a twinkle in his eye and a knack for enjoying life. He made a good life, not just for himself, but for Jean too, ensuring she never wanted for anything, except perhaps a quieter evening now and then.
His passions were simple: Jean, horses, jokes, charity, and Ballina. Jim loved a grumble and a good or bad whiskey.
Ballina has indeed lost a true character. He will be missed.
Sorry I couldn’t be at your final service Uncle Jim but i will be watching in Bali so if you can manage it, could you wave at the camera please.
So, Uncle Jim. Thank you for the laughs, the terrible tips, and for just being you. Rest In Peace, you old rascal. I’ll raise a glass of the good stuff for you tonight.
We will always remember the fun and lots of laughter we had on our times together with family and friends. Rest in Peace Jimmy
