Dear Joyce, Michael, Alan and family,
My thoughts a prayers are with you all. I have some of my best childhood memories of my school holidays being shipped off to ride in the truck with Martin, picking up and dropping off cattle from everywhere – as a kid from the city these were great times!
One of Martin and Joyce’s trips to visit us in Ingham will stick with me for a long time, Martin never let me forget that our cat attacked him worse than a shark attack 😉 Not to mention that when ever we purchase a Tiger Loaf, Shaz and I now call it fancy bread – we had some for lunch with Joyce and Martin and Martin said at the table “well this is some kind o fancy bread”.
The Martin I knew was such a gentle guy who had an awesome dry sense of humour!
Lots of love to you Joyce, sending positive thoughts and prayers with you.
I am sorry I could not be there today, if anyone is ever in Cairns please don’t forget to drop in and say hi.

My sincere condolences to Joyce and all the Maloney family.
Martin & Joyce were always a wonderful, friendly, supportive couple to those who came in contact with them.
They were friends with my mother and father in-law, Joan (dec’d) & Vic Lyons (dec’)
Martin and Joyce also were very community minded and could always be found at the Casino Show, Beef Week, saleyards and many other events.
Their valued efforts for the Casino Show Society was an inspiration. Always there😍
Their support of their family was always there! Guiding and nurturing all the way.
RIP Martin 🙏
To the Maloney family
I was unable to attend the funeral service of Martin, but I was so pleased I was able to visit him at St Michael’s, where I volunteer.
You are in my thoughts Joyce and family.
