To Kevin’s large and loving family,
Sincere condolences from all his “Yallaroi family”. Take comfort in knowing that thoughts are with you from afar as you commemorate his life, which we were fortunate to be part of from when he came to Yallaroi in 1957 from Barmedman as a 17 year-old. He was one of the eldest of the children of the Yallaroi WWII Returned Settler’s and his innovative skills, lovable larrikin personality and true and lasting friendship was, and always will be, valued by us all.
God rest his soul.
From his Yallaroi family.

Today is the day I say goodbye to you. I don’t know how to navigate this life now , I miss our 9.45am chats everyday, our lunches at swish and sitting in the car just talking about anything and everything. You are the most amazing daddy who was always there for me and supported me in everything I did. Today will be about you and how special you are, I hope you like everything we have done to make the day special. Yesterday saying my special goodbye was what I needed, Mark was with me and that made it a bit more special. He will be my rock now , just as you were. I love you and miss you every minute of every day now and forever. Fly high and rest in peace Daddy. Julie

Sending all my love to the family today, I’m sorry we never got to meet and get to know each other, I hope the afterlife treats you nicely xx

Vicki and Carmel Thompsonsays:

Our dearest friend Kev. You meant a lot to us all, and will always be in our hearts. Such fond memories of the Yallaroi years, and you will always be a big and important part of our collective Yallaroi ‘family’. Mum and Dad had such special times with you all, and will be forever remembered by us. Sorry we couldn’t be there to farewell you in person, however Mum is not going so well these days.
Much love to you, and your family at this sad time; thanks for the beautiful memories, you leave a big loving legacy,
From the Thompson’s, of Delkoora. xxx
