Our condolences to all of Narelle’s family on their loss. My enduring memory of Narelle is of a very kindhearted person who was very much loved by all she came in contact with. I am sorry that I won’t be able to make Thursday but will certainly livestream the event. May she now rest in peace. Best wishes Jim Millar

Tony McMahonsays:

My sincere condolences to the King family. I was fortunate to have met Narelle in 1975 at St Mary’s High School Casino and worked very closely with her in the P.E. and Sport Departments for many years. Narelle was always a gentle, caring teacher and mentor to her students. I am sure many of the girls would have regarded her as a “second mum” who was always available to listen to any girl who needed a moment with a significant person they knew they could rely on for comfort and advice.
To all the boys and Maria, your pain from your mum’s passing will be with you for a long time but your memories of such a special person will be with you forever.
